Client Charter

 

  1.  Customers who counters will be treated immediately and not later than five (5) minutes.
   
  2.  Request booking meeting rooms and auditorium will be answered immediately and not later than 18 working hours.
   
  3.  Application of quarters will be given feedback immediately and not later than 18 working hours.
   
  4.  Complaints will be investigated residents quarters immediately and not later than 18 working hours.
   
  5.  Application of damage or emergency repairs will be answered immediately and not later than 18 working days. (The work of the emergency will be taken within 3 hours).
   
  6.  Payment of bills and claims will be executed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
